DevOps engineer with 15 years of experience. I make IT systems fast, reliable, and cost-efficient.
AWS/GCP costs grow every month while servers run at low efficiency
Users leave due to slow load times — hurting conversions and SEO rankings
Servers crash at peak traffic, API responds slowly, users complain
Problems only surface after user complaints — no understanding of bottlenecks
Linux server bottleneck analysis, database and web server optimization
Cost audit, right-sizing, auto-scaling
Proactive problem detection, alerting systems and auto-recovery
CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, deployment automation
Automated backups, data replication, disaster recovery strategies

Write to me on Telegram or email. We clarify the task and I answer your questions. A call if needed.
We sign a contract, NDA if required. You provide access to servers and cloud accounts.
I work in your tracker or set up mine — Jira, Linear, or Notion.
Every task is agreed and estimated before start. Status and hours are always visible in the tracker.

"Ilya is a highly professional DevOps engineer. He completed the work quickly and with great quality. He built a custom Docker image, Dockerfile, requirements.txt and wrote a DAG for Airflow. The solution was very elegant and, most importantly, it worked. Ilya was always available and helped deploy the container and run the DAG. Highly recommend!"

"I had been trying to implement a proxy server project since April — multiple attempts, all unsuccessful. With Ilya I finally found someone who understood exactly what I needed. The result: a revised requirements list and a technical foundation that is several times simpler and cheaper to build. The time and money saved will go toward other projects. Many thanks!"

"Ilya is a highly qualified specialist. He helped write a complex Ansible script. He was in constant contact and gave very prompt feedback. He patiently waited for all tests to pass. Thank you so much! I will definitely reach out again."

Is this suitable if we only have one server?
Yes. Even with a single server you can reduce cloud costs, set up proper monitoring, and automate deployments. Infrastructure size doesn't matter.
How long does an audit take?
Usually 3–5 business days. You receive a detailed report: what was found, what is critical, what can wait, and how much it costs to fix.
Do you work with companies outside Russia?
Yes, I work with international clients. We sign a service agreement, communicate in English, and use AWS, GCP, Hetzner, or any cloud you prefer.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 1–3 business days after the task is agreed and the contract is signed.
What if I only need a one-off task, not ongoing support?
One-off tasks are fine. There is no minimum volume — just reach out and we'll discuss.
Can you help migrate from AWS / GitLab to alternatives?
Yes, this is one of my main areas. I help evaluate alternatives and migrate without downtime.
We have 20+ servers and 10 developers. Is that too large?
For that scale it may be better to hire a full in-house DevOps team. Write to me if you're unsure — I'll give you an honest answer.
Do you do custom development as well?
Yes. I understand networks, servers, and several programming languages. I can build a prototype or a small complete product to your requirements.
Can you design application or infrastructure architecture?
Yes. Based on your requirements I'll prepare an architecture that accounts for load, scalability, and budget — as a diagram and documentation.
What happens if you get sick or we need to part ways?
I document all work and manage infrastructure as code — Terraform, Ansible, and detailed READMEs. Any DevOps engineer can quickly pick up and continue without losing momentum.
